All sessions are conducted under the supervision of a fully qualified instructor (REPs registered) and can be undertaken on a one to one (or small group) basis.

It is essential that the correct techniques are used during physical exercise in order to minimise the risk of injury.  As such, we will ensure that all practical work is undertaken in a safe environment and within your physical capabilities.


In addition, we can provide guidance on various aspects such as nutrition, self motivation, injury rehabilitation and general health & wellbeing.
