Graeme Burnett

Graeme began his coaching career with Westdyke Community Club, taking his squad from U8's through to U17's. He enjoyed numerous successes, winning the Belmont Cup at U15's, the league and cup double at U16's followed by the prestigious treble at U17 level.  Several players in Graeme's squad have progressed in the game, many of whom are enjoying successful Highland League careers.

Graeme has also spent a number of years working for the Aberdeen F.C. community programme.  This involves coaching sessions for children between 6 and 12 years of age.   One of the primary objectives of these sessions is to develop the individual ball skills of players from an early age.

Graeme has experience as a first team coach with Highland League team Deveronvale F.C., where he also held the role of 'Head of Youth Development'.  He was in this position for four years and during this time brought six first team players through the ranks at the Vale.

Graeme holds numerous SFA qualifications and is accredited under the Positive Coaching Scotland (PCS) initiative.


Graeme is also heavily involved with the Russell Anderson Development School (RADS).



Phil O'Sullivan

Phil has worked in both Scotland and his native Ireland.  He began his football coaching career with Castleknock Celtic in Dublin, whom he also played for.  He spent three years managing the senior squad, successfully leading them to two cup finals and a league title.


From there, Phil moved to Aberdeen where he joined the development squad coaching staff at Highland League team, Deveronvale F.C.  Phil is also involved with Westdyke community Club.  Having previously won the league at U16 level, Phil is now part of the coaching team for the 2011 year group.

As well as holding various SFA and FAI qualifications, Phil holds the prestigious UEFA B Licence.  In addition, Phil is a CYQ Personal Trainer (Level 3), CYQ Gym & Fitness Instructor (Level 2) and a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Instructor.
